Comparison
Their site quotes two different prices depending on where you look. Here's what we actually found, plus the rest of the comparison.
We're Appt Helper — not neutral here. Everything below about Global Entry Alerts comes from globalentryalerts.com as of July 2026. One thing worth flagging up front: their FAQ says $19.99, and their main signup button says $25, at the same time, on the same site. We're reporting both rather than picking whichever makes us look better.
None of these services would exist if CBP's calendar weren't such a mess. There are over 100 Global Entry enrollment centers nationally, and wait times swing wildly between them — 6+ months at JFK or LAX, a couple of weeks at a smaller regional center. That gap is basically the whole business model.
Their real edge is letting you pick 5 centers instead of 3 — genuinely useful if you're flexible on location. Their pricing is where it gets murky: the FAQ text says $19.99, the big signup button says $25. We can't tell you which one you'd actually be charged, so check their checkout page directly before assuming either number. What we can say for sure: both prices buy you 30 days, ours buys 60, and we cover SENTRI and NEXUS on top of Global Entry, which their site never mentions. If 5-center coverage matters more to you than program breadth or a longer window, that's the real tradeoff here — not the price confusion.

We genuinely don't know for certain — their own site isn't consistent. The FAQ section says $19.99; the main signup button says $25. We'd get to their actual checkout page before assuming either number is final.
Yes — up to 5 versus our 3. If you're willing to travel further for your interview, that's a real reason to consider them.
No, same as us — they just alert you, and you book it yourself on CBP's site the moment you get the text.
